Please keep your emailed receipt for all orders for return or exchange.
If damage occurred during shipping or if there is a manufacture defect in the product, Photos of any and all damage must be emailed to email@example.com to be eligible of replacement or refund.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. For returns, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
To return an item, package it carefully and enclose the downloadable pdf provided below.

Upon arrival, if the product ordered appears to be damaged, please note that on the delivery document and ask for a copy. Take pictures of the box & the product which needs to be sent to us showing the damage to the item being claimed within one week after delivery.
If any part of your Water Pure Technologies System is defective in workmanship (excluding replaceable filters, added fittings and valves, stripped threads, and damage through improper installation or maintenance), and after obtaining written return authorization within 1 Year of the Original Retail Purchase, Water Pure Technologies will either repair or replace (at our option) the system at no charge.
